If I were to marry again, I would do exactly what we did all over again.
My husband’s Grandmother was not going to be able to attend out wedding because she wasn’t well enough to travel. We both decided that it was of the upmost importance that Grandma share our big day. This sweet woman that meant so much to us HAD to be there. So, we made all our arrangements by phone for our small wedding – everything from talking to the county judge about waiving the waiting period, talking to the minister, to arranging for our dinner reception afterwards - and moved the location to hubby’s home town. We traveled the 400 miles the day prior to the wedding taking my parents with us. On the day of the wedding, we met with the judge in his chambers at the county seat 30 miles away at 8. Talked to the preacher at 10. The wedding was at 1 in my husband’s boyhood church. We went to the reception at 3 where we were blessed with a wonderful meal and good time with family and friends. It was a wonderful day full of precious memories of which the smile on Grandma’s face that made all the long distance preparations and worry about whether it would all come off without a hitch definitely worth it. Plus it meant a lot to my husband to be married in the church he grew up in. Guess you can say we eloped AND catered our own wedding.
Thank you for the wonderful chance to win a copy of “A Catered Cat Wedding”! Shared but would love to be the fortunate one selected. Thanks Map Your Mystery for the chance! <3

If I got married again, I’d have it catered. Legallyblonde1961@yahoo.com
I'd elope. It's so hard to enjoy your special day when you're stressing over all the details.
I've always said that if and when I marry, it's going to be elope. I don't have a desire to stress and go in debt for a wedding when it's the marriage that's important.
I would elope. I do think having a nice meal with family and friends would be something I would do afterward.
I would keep it simple and just elope. I already had a fantastic wedding so no need for another one. This book looks like a hoot and I'd love to win it! suemngirl(at)yahoo(dot)com
