Thank you for the wonderful chance to win a copy of "Death on the Menu" by Lucy Burdette. I can't wait for the opportunity to read this book. Love the cover from the water and palm trees to the spread of food and the pretty kitty - also love the subtle placement of the knife.

I would hope that food critics would compliment my cooking by saying it was good old fashioned home cooking with taste and creativity. I love to cook/bake and I love to take the tried and true old recipes handed down to me by my Mom and my Granny. At times, that means changing them due to supplies or to make them healthier but still keep the flavor and recipe with its original integrity.

I love cooking and would hope to get at least a 'thumbs up' from a critic! Thank you for the giveaway.

Food critics would probably say my cooking is unimaginative and lacks presentation. I don't claim to be a gourmet cook and personally hate cooking. dbahn@iw.net

I think food critics would like my cooking! Beau and Brendan do, so it has to be worth something?!

A food critic would say "She's a hometown, homegrown, down to earth cook who loves to incorporate fresh produce from surrounding farmers & gardens with touches of modern flavor twists.

I think food critics would like my cooking. I love experimenting, trying new ideas and flavors. Right now I am experimenting with flavored flower syrups. If a food critic were to follow they would probably say "It would be nice if she had consistent successes." Win some, loose some. At least you will know what doesn't work. I think a food critic would say “meh” about my cooking. I’m not very imaginative, mostly only cook basic stuff. Would much rather be reading!!! Thanks for the chance.

Thanks for the chance - most of the time a critic would say I’m a good home cook but I’m not looking for a career in it!

As far as a good critic. I guess some would like it and some might not.

A food critic would say that my everyday cooking is good, nothing spectacular usually. My baking, on the other hand, would probably receive rave reviews! Love the Key West Food Critic series -- it's one of my favorites!

I don't cook much as it is just me. I can make some good cakes and cookies so I think a critic would say I was an okay baker.

Dare I say they would shutter and possibly spit it out politely in a napkin and say "that has got to be the worst tasting ***** I've ever tasted. I suggest you choose a new career path.. quickly" 🙉😉😁😂

They would say it’s bland and plain. Chicken, meatloaf, things like that. Not a lot of seasonings. Kinda of homey. I’d love to own your book! Awesome series💜
